In Texas Hold’em, the first betting round occurs after the flop. The players make their betting in clockwise order. After the turn, each player discards one or two cards. Then, everyone calls. When you’re playing a community card game, the betting rounds are often common. For example, if you’re playing Razz, the last community card is called the river. This card is also used to break ties. You can have a straight flush with an ace, but it can’t wrap around the K-A-2-3-4 pattern. The highest straight flush is called the Royal Flush.
